PROGRAM LEADER – PRODUCTS @ SAP ON CLOUD

Product Manager - delivered 15+ features on IBM Managed cloud aimed at automation, expanding self-service options and improving overall customer satisfaction.
Conceptualize, design and roll out SAP offerings, services and migration best practices.
Led global diverse team of engineers, designers, data & support teams to roll out new features aligned to IBM’s strategic initiatives.

Program owner of large and complex portfolio of SAP & Core cloud technical implementation & migration programs with contract value of over $20 Million US.

SAP Architect / Basis lead part of IBM's consulting group Global Business Services GBS with weekly travel to customer sites.
Technologies implemented include as as ECC, BW, SCM, SRM, CRM, BI/BW, XI / PI, Biller Direct, Composite Apps, Solution Manager, SLD, IPC Configurator, GRC, etc
